CPC Industrial Development Company, founded in 2007, has emerged as a leader in industrial development and construction materials. The company develops and manages industrial zones, constructs industrial and service buildings, among other services.

Joining the Industrial Developer program by the Industrial Development Authority in 2006, CPC established Egypt’s first privately developed industrial park in 6th of October City, spanning 1.5 million square meters. In 2019, CPC began constructing a second park in Sadat City, covering 1.1 million square meters and catering to small and medium-sized industries, in 2025 CPC launched the 3rd industrial park in Sadat city over 1.2 million square meters.
