Abu Zaabal Fertilizers Company, one of the companies of the Ferchem Masr Company for Fertilizers and Chemicals Ferchem Masr Company for Fertilizers and Chemicals in the field of phosphate fertilizers, start efforts to the development that has taken place over the past twenty years , has become the world's leading company in the production of phosphate fertilizers.
With the same approach and vision managed by the company, the Abu Zaabal School for Industrial Development was established in 2022. The main executive director of the group, Engineer Mustafa El Gabaly, was assigned to supervise the school to graduate a new generation of technicians with real and effective skills to be qualified for the industrial job market.
His Excellency also pointed out the company's interest in combining the scientific, technical, and cultural skills to graduate a new generation of technicians with an integrated personality capable of facing the challenges of the current era and technological development in various fields.
Abu Zaabal School for Industrial Development is a unique national edifice and model for cooperation between the state and the private sector sincere efforts and national vision in supporting applied technical education and establishing a secondary school for industrial development inside the Ferkim Misr factory for fertilizers and chemicals in Abu Zaabal, in full coordination with the Productive Efficiency and Vocational Training Authority at the Ministry of Industry.
Abu Zaabal School for Industrial Development was established in 2022 with only one specialization at the beginning, which is mechanical maintenance, with a class of 22 students. In the following years, other specializations were added, bringing the number of students at the school to 115 in five specializations:
Mechanical maintenance.
Electrical maintenance.
Automatic control.
Chemical and fertilizer industries production technician.
Lab and analysis technician.
The target for the next five years is for the number of students to be not less than 500.
