EGEMAC Company Profile

Founded in 1979 through technical cooperation with Siemens, EGEMAC manufactures low, medium and high-voltage electncal products and has constructed and operated over 480 substations across Egypt ranging from 66 kV to 500 kV & cover 65% of local market needs.

Its product portfolio includes high-voltage circuit breakers and disconnectors, medium-voltage switchgear (12 & 24 kV), Ring Main Units (air. SF6, or GlS type), compact substations with transformers up to 2000 kVA, and instrument transformers (12, 24 & 66 kV) through.

Through strategic joint ventures, EGEMAC strengthened its capabilities:

  • XDIEGEMAC - High-voltage GIS, transformers, surge arresters (up to 500 kV).

  • CHINTIEGEMAC - Low-voltage products up to 4000 A.

  • ALNAFIE-EGEMAC - Medium·voltage concrete poles and related equipment.

  • EGSE - EGEMAC group for sustainable energy to sell, distribute and operate energy.

  • EGEMAC has expanded globally, delivering successful projects in:

Eritrea. Lebanon, Yemen. Republic of Congo, and Saudi Arabia. (Measunng transformers. RMU& package substations).
